Cauliflower Curry Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 large head cauliflower, cored and cut into small florets | ||
| Vegetable oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 1 onion, coarsely chopped | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 1 tablespoon curry powder or 1 teaspoon coriander and 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger and 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds and 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds and 1/2 teaspoon turmeric | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
In skillet, heat oil until very hot, add onion and garlic and saute one minute.
Add curry powder or spices and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add cauliflower, reduce heat to medium, and cook about 20 minutes.
Cauliflower should be tender but firm.
