Cauliflower Curry Recipe

This Cauliflower Curry will make your taste buds crave for more! No other ingredient will make Cauliflower Curry taste so awesome than cauliflower. Cauliflower Curry makes a yummy Main Dish. It is the one dish that anybody on Low Fat diet can have. When it comes to cooking I am my worst critic. Kindly comment and let me know how is this Cauliflower Curry.

Ingredients

 
1 large head cauliflower, cored and cut into small florets
 
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
 
1 onion, coarsely chopped
 
1 garlic clove, minced
 
1 tablespoon curry powder or 1 teaspoon coriander and 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger and 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds and 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds and 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
 
Salt to taste

Directions

In skillet, heat oil until very hot, add onion and garlic and saute one minute.
Add curry powder or spices and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add cauliflower, reduce heat to medium, and cook about 20 minutes.
Cauliflower should be tender but firm.
