 Olive oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salad oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 White wine vinegar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

 Pepper1 Dash
 Onion1 Medium, separated into rings
 Cauliflower3 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 1/2 cup sliced radishes Romaine leaves
 1 medium head Iceberg lettuce, torn in bite-size pieces
 Blue cheese2 Ounce, crumbled

Directions

Combine olive oil, salad oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Add sliced vegetables to mixture.
Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Line salad bowl with romaine leaves; add Iceberg lettuce; sprinkle crumbled cheese over lettuce.
Just before serving, add marinade mixture and toss gently with lettuce and blue cheese.
