Cauliflower Cheese Toss Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salad oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White wine vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, separated into rings | |
| Cauliflower | 3 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 1/2 cup sliced radishes Romaine leaves | ||
| 1 medium head Iceberg lettuce, torn in bite-size pieces | ||
| Blue cheese | 2 Ounce, crumbled | |
Directions
Combine olive oil, salad oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Add sliced vegetables to mixture.
Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Line salad bowl with romaine leaves; add Iceberg lettuce; sprinkle crumbled cheese over lettuce.
Just before serving, add marinade mixture and toss gently with lettuce and blue cheese.
