Cauliflower Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Minced onion | 2 Tablespoon, dried | |
| Chicken bouillon - 3 tablespoons | ||
| Imitation butter flavouring - 1/2 to 1 teaspoon (optional) | ||
| Cauliflower - 1 medium-sized, cooked or frozen cauliflower - 2 packages (about 9 ounces each), cooked | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 To taste | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a bowl, mix onion, bouillon and butter flavouring.
3. Drain cooked cauliflower and using a fork mash it finely or using a blender process it briefly.
4. Add the onion mixture to the mashed cauliflower and mix well.
MAKING
5. In individual baking dishes or a big baking dish, spoon the cauliflower mixture.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until slightly crusty on top.
SERVING
7. Serve Cauliflower Casserole alongside a meat dish or serve alone for a complete meal.
