Ingredients

 Cauliflower450 Gram (For 4)
 Beaten curd1 Tablespoon (For 4)
 Fat15 Gram (For 4)
 Turmeric1/4 Teaspoon (For 4)
 Salt To Taste (For 4)
 Chilli powder1 Teaspoon (For 4)
 Cumin a pinch
 Mustard seeds a pinch

Directions

1. Cut cauliflower into flowerettes.
2. Heat fat. Add mustard seeds and cumin.
3. When mustard seeds and cumin crackle, add cauliflower, chilli powder, turmeric and salt.
4. Cook covered on a very slow fire (a little water may be sprinkled, if necessary).
5. When cauliflower is cooked add beaten curds. Mix well and remove.
