Cauliflower And Tomato Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cauliflower, cut into florets | ||
| Tomatoes | 500 Gram, chopped | |
| Seasonings, to taste | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 125 Gram, melted | |
| Breadcrumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
Cook the cauliflower in boiling water until tender.
Drain and refresh under cold running water.
Place cauliflower and tomatoes in a greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle with seasonings.
Pour half the butter over the cauliflower.
Sprinkle with combined breadcrumbs and cheeses.
Pour over remaining butter.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
