Alu Gobi Bhujia Recipe
Ingredients
| Cauliflower | 450 Gram (For 4) | |
| Potatoes | 225 Gram (For 4) | |
| Onions | 115 Gram (For 4) | |
| Coriander powder | 1 Teaspoon (For 4) | |
| Chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon (For 4) | |
| Turmeric | 1/2 Teaspoon (For 4) | |
| Green chillies | 1 (For 4) | |
| Lime | 1/2 (For 4) | |
| Fat | 50 Gram (For 4) |
Directions
1. Peel and cut potatoes into fours. Cut cauliflower into large pieces.
2. Heat fat. Fry coriander powder, chilli powder and turmeric. Add sliced onions, prepared vegetables and whole green chillies.
3. Add enough water to cook.
4. When vegetables are well cooked and dry, add lime juice and remove.
