Ingredients

 
Small florets of cauliflower 1 small
 
Sliced brinjals 3
 
1 inch pieces of peas with pods 1 cup
 
Chopped tomato 1
 
Chopped coriander 1 1/2 cup
 
Jeera 1/2 tbs
 
Green chillies depending on how spicy you want it to be
 
Oil 2 tbs
 
Salt as per taste

Directions

Steam the cauliflower after washing and cutting it to small florets.
Add sliced brinjal in a pan of hot oil and cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
Now add pea pods into the pan and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Add the chopped tomato.
Crush green chillies, jeera and coriander.
Then add cauliflower to the brinjal and pea pods and add salt to taste.
Finally, add the powdered spices and fry for few minutes.
