Directions

GETTING READY
1) Cut the cauliflower into sprigs and cook in boiling water for 15 minutes.
2) Heat the grill.
3) Crumble the crisps.

MAKING
4) In a frying pan, melt the butter and fry the bacon and onion for 4 minutes.
5) Prepare the sauce and add the cooked bacon and onion.
6) Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and cover with cheese and crumbled crisps.
7) Place under a hot grill to brown.
