Ingredients
| 1 medium size cauliflower | ||
| French dressing | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 ripe avocado pear | ||
| Stuffed olives | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 2-3 tomatoes, peeled and cut into eighths | ||
| Blue cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled | |
| Lettuce or endive | ||
Directions
1. Divide the cauliflower into flowerets, cover with iced water, and chill for 1 hour.
2. Drain and dry cauliflower. Then chop coarsely, and put into a bowl. Pour over the French dressing, and leave for 2 hours.
3. Just before serving, add the peeled and diced avocado, olives, tomatoes, and cheese.
