Ingredients

 Cauliflower1 Medium
 Salted water - as required, boiling
 Butter125 Gram
 Fine dry breadcrumbs - 1/3 cup
 Egg - 1, hard-boiled, cooled and chopped
 Parsley sprigs - as required

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2) Separate the cauliflower into flowerlets and immerse in cold water for 10 minutes.

MAKING
3) In a large saucepan with boiling salted water, drain and place the flowerlets.
4) Cover and cook for about 10 minutes or until the stems are tender.
5) In a lightly greased ovenproof dish, drain and place the flowerlets.
6) In a saucepan, heat the butter until it bubbly.
7) Spoon half of the melted butter over the cauliflower.
8) Stir the breadcrumbs in rest of the butter.
9) When the butter is completely absorbed, add the chopped egg.
10) Mix lightly to combine and sprinkle over the cauliflower.
11) Place in the preheated oven until thoroughly heated.

SERVING
12) Garnish with parsley sprigs and serve the Cauliflower a la Polonaise immediately.
