Directions
1) In a saucepan, add the onion and fry till golden. Drain.
2) In a bowl, combine the mint and parsley with a little vinegar.
3) Add the onion over the cauliflower.
4) Pour over the mint mix.
SERVING
5) For additional flavor add basil or oregano.
