Cauldron Goulash Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. beef
3 oz. lard
Red paprika
2 onions
1 clove of garlic
2 lb. potatoes
3 oz. flour
1/2 egg
2 green paprikas
1 tomato or 4 oz. lecso
Salt and caraway seeds
Directions
Wash the cubed beef and put it on a sieve to drain.
Chop the onion and garlic finely, fry in lard until yellow and transparent; add red paprika and the meat, salt it; add chopped caraway seeds, and braise under lid stirring now and then.
Dilute with a little, bone stock or water when necessary.
Naturally if there are any bones with the meat, they should also be stewed with it.
When the meat is tender, add the chopped green paprika and tomato.
Add water to the meat, add the chopped potatoes as well and finally, when the potatoes are nearly tender, add small pieces of pasta (csipetke).
