Cattail Buttermilk Banana Bread Recipe

| All purpose flour | 1 Cup(16 tbs) | |

| Baking soda | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Margarine | 1/2 Cup(16 tbs), softened | |
| Granulated Sugar | 1 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Buttermilk | 1/4 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Ripe bananas | 1 Cup(16 tbs), mashed | |
| 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, shelled | ||
Directions
Sift first 3 ingredients together.
Cream margarine and sugar together.
Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
Stir in buttermilk and bananas.
Add flour mixture and sunflower seeds.
Fill 2 greased bread pans half-full and bake at 350°F.for 45 minutes.
