Catsup dip Recipe
Catsup dip is a savory dip prepared with catsup and a medley of seasonings. A cooked dip made with added onion and sugar with a smoky flavor, the catsup dip is perfect for grilled meats or even veggies.
Ingredients
1/4 cup salad oil
2 cups finely chopped onion
1 14 ounce bottle catsup
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 to 2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 to 1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 to 2 teaspoons liquid smoke
Directions
Combine all ingredients.
Simmer uncovered 15 minutes.
