Italian Spiedini Recipe Video
One of the most delicious appetizer from the Italian delicacy. I recommend this delicious recipe to all those who are a big fan of meat dishes...
Ingredients
Plain bread crumbs
Crushed garlic
1/2 cup freshly chopped parsley
Grated parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Veal cut (you can use chicken/beef as well)
Extra virgin olive oil
Salami
Cheese
Onion slices
Hard boiled eggs, sliced
Tomatoes, sliced
Basil leaves
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, garlic, and chopped parsley. Add parmesan cheese, salt & pepper to the bowl. Mix them well.
Dip veal cut in olive oil. Dip the cut again in bread crumb mixture. Set it aside.
Put a slice of salami, cheese, onion, egg, and tomato over the veal cut.
Roll the veal along with all the ingredients listed above.
Put it in a baking dish.
Keep a slice of onion and basil leaves in the baking dish along with the veal cut.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
