Catfish With Three Butter Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 3 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Orange peel | 1/2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Pepper white | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Chopped cilantro | 1/2 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Capers | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dried tarragon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 teaspoon dried | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Catfish fillets-1 pound, skinned | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Make three parts of the butter. Add orange peel and white pepper to it.
2) In the second part, add cilantro and capers while in the third part add tarragon and chives.
3) Now, mash all three butters and let them chill.
4) Melt some butter and apply it on both sides of the catfish.
5) Grill it for 5-7 minutes on each side
SERVING
6) Serve the catfish with the three flavored butters.
