MAKING
1)On a well-greased wire grill basket place fillets coated by cooking spray.
2)On medium-hot coal, grill fish for atleast 5 to 8 minutes, grilling each side till the fish gets cooked.
SERVING
3)Serve hot fish fillets with heather sauce .
