Catfish Caper Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 pounds Catfish fillets, skinned | ||
| 1/2 cup melted Fat or Cooking Oil | ||
| Lemon juice | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 2 tablespoons Capers and juice | ||
| Catsup | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Bay leaves | 4 , crushed | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| As desired Paprika | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Thaw frozen fish.
3. In a shallow baking dish, keep the fillets.
4. In a mixing bowl, rest of the ingredients except paprika to form a sauce.
5. Pour the sauce over the fillets.
6. Let the fillets marinate in the sauce for 30 minutes, turn them once to coat both sides evenly.
7. After marinating for 30 minutes, remove the fillets from the sauce and save the sauce for basting.
MAKING
8. In a well-greased baking dish, place the fillets.
9. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
10. Using a brush, occasionally apply sauce on the fillet.
11. Cook until the fish flakes easily.

12. Garnish with paprika.
