Catalan Wrap From Tumaro's Tortillas
Ingredients
| Chipotle Chili Tortilla | ||
| Chicken breast | 3 Ounce, grilled | |
| Lettuce | ||
| Couple tin slices of tomato | ||
| Onion sliced thin | ||
| Chopped avocado | ||
| Roasted red Pepper Sauce | ||
| Roasted red pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Spoonful of lemon juice | ||
| Same of sour cream | ||
| Pinch of Garlic | ||
Directions
Roasted Red Pepper Sauce- in blender mix the following :
Roasted Red Pepper
spoonful of lemon juice
same of sour cream
pinch of Garlic
Take Tortilla out spread sauce on tortilla
layer with lettuce, tomato , and onion
Add the chicken strips
wrap and roll
