 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
 Kidney beans1 Can (10oz), drained
 White beans1 Can (10oz), drained
 Carrots1 Can (10oz), drained
 Garbanzo beans1 Can (10oz), drained
 Stewed tomatoes1 Can (10oz)
 Peppercorns6

Directions

Place bacon in a 3 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 4 minutes to 4 minutes 30 seconds or until crisp.
Remove bacon and set aside.
Add onion and green pepper to bacon drippings.
Cover and microwave 2 to 3 minutes or until tender.
Add sausage.
Crumble and microwave 5 to 7 minutes or until cooked.
Stir twice during cooking.
Drain and crumble meat.
Stir in vegetables and peppercorns.
Cover and microwave 10 to 12 minutes [ROASTS, 15 minutes.] Stir twice during cooking.
