Cassis Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| Half and Half | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 1/4 cups seedless blackberry jam or blackberry preserves | ||
| Creme de Cassis | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla | 2 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Creme de cassis (garnish) | ||
| Chopped walnuts (garnish) | ||
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl and whisk until thoroughly blended.
