Ingredients

 Spinach2 Pound
 2 hard-cooked eggs
 2 cupfuls Medium White Sauce
 1/2 cupful fine soft bread crumbs
 Onion1 Teaspoon, grated
 2 tablespoonfuls butter or margarine

Directions

Wash and cook the spinach until tender.
Season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper.
Add the grated onion and sliced hard cooked eggs to the white sauce.
Place a layer of spinach in the bottom of a greased casserole, then one of white sauce.
Repeat these layers having white sauce on top.
Combine the bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle on top.
Bake in a moderate oven of 375° F. for 30 min.
