Casserole Of Spinach Recipe
Ingredients
| Spinach | 2 Pound | |
| 2 hard-cooked eggs | ||
| 2 cupfuls Medium White Sauce | ||
| 1/2 cupful fine soft bread crumbs | ||
| Onion | 1 Teaspoon, grated | |
| 2 tablespoonfuls butter or margarine | ||
Directions
Wash and cook the spinach until tender.
Season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper.
Add the grated onion and sliced hard cooked eggs to the white sauce.
Place a layer of spinach in the bottom of a greased casserole, then one of white sauce.
Repeat these layers having white sauce on top.
Combine the bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle on top.
Bake in a moderate oven of 375° F. for 30 min.
Season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper.
