Casserole Of Cod Recipe
Ingredients
1 tin spinach or 2 1/2 cups (cooked)
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 cup salad oil or melted butter
1 fillet cod
1 cup white sauce (cream of mushroom soup may be substituted)
1/4 cup grated cheese
Directions
Put spinach in bottom of greased casserole.
Lay fillet cut in pieces for serving, on top of spinach.
Sprinkle onion and seasoning over fish.
Pour on salad oil or melted butter.
Cover all with white sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 45 minutes at 250 to 300° F.
