Cassata Recipe
Ingredients
| Ricotta cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

Directions
In electric mixer, combine Ricotta cheese, sugar and liqueur; beat until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
Fold in candied fruit, chopped almonds and 1/2 cup chocolate.
Set aside.
