 Extra virgin olive oil2 Tablespoon
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), thinly sliced
 12 sage leaves plus 1 tablespoon chopped sage
 2 cups raw cashews
 Salt To Taste

Directions

In a skillet, heat the oil.
Add the garlic and fry over medium heat until lightly golden, about 2 minutes.
Add all the sage and cook until crisp, 1 minute; drain on paper towels.
Add the cashews and cook, stirring, until golden, 5 minutes; drain on paper towels.
Toss with the garlic, sage and salt.
Let cool, then serve.
