Cashew Nut Casserole Recipe
Cashew Nut Casserole is a well loved meat dish in my family. Ever since I served this dish a few Sundays ago, as the weekend nears everyone's longing for the Cashew Nut Casserole also increases. Try this wonderful Cashew Nut Casserole and you will understand why it is so addictive!
Ingredients
| Onions | 2 Large | |
| Chopped green pepper | 14 Cup (224 tbs) | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Veal steak | 1 Pound | |
| Pork steak | 1 Pound | |
| Noodles | 300 Gram | |
| Mushroom soup | 2 Can (20 oz) | |
| Milk | 1 Can (10 oz) | |
| Sharp grated cheese | 1 Pound | |
| Fried noodles | 1 Can (10 oz) | |
| Cashew nuts | 1⁄2 Pound |
Directions
Cook onions and pepper in butter; set aside.
Cube steaks; brown in butter.
Setaside.
Cooknoodles; drain.
Add mushroom soup and milk; combine meat, onions, pepper, noodles and soup.
Put in casserole; top with grated cheese.
Bake 30 minutes at 275 degrees; remove from oven.
Mix fried noodles with cashew nuts; sprinkle on top of casserole.
Return to oven; bake an additional 30 minutes.
