Ingredients

 Onions2 Large
 Chopped green pepper14 Cup (224 tbs)
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Veal steak1 Pound
 Pork steak1 Pound
 Noodles300 Gram
 Mushroom soup2 Can (20 oz)
 Milk1 Can (10 oz)
 Sharp grated cheese1 Pound
 Fried noodles1 Can (10 oz)
 Cashew nuts1⁄2 Pound

Directions

Cook onions and pepper in butter; set aside.
Cube steaks; brown in butter.
Setaside.
Cooknoodles; drain.
Add mushroom soup and milk; combine meat, onions, pepper, noodles and soup.
Put in casserole; top with grated cheese.
Bake 30 minutes at 275 degrees; remove from oven.
Mix fried noodles with cashew nuts; sprinkle on top of casserole.
Return to oven; bake an additional 30 minutes.
