Ingredients

 
Cashew Milk:
 
* 6 cups of water
 
* 1 cup of cashews
 
* ½ tbsp fresh vanilla bean OR 1 tbsp vanilla extract
 
* ¼ - ½ tsp agave nectar
 
* 1/2 tsp sea salt
 
Green Smoothie:
 
* 2 cups of water
 
* 1 banana
 
* 1 tbsp of coconut oil (which is optional)
 
* 1 pinch of salt
 
* And a bunch of green leaves (kale, parsley, or romaine)

Directions

Cashew Milk:
Add all the ingredients into the blender. Blend well. Strain the cashew milk through a cheese cloth.

Green Smoothie:
Pour water into the blender. Add banana. Add greens to the blender. Add coconut oil and salt. Blend well. Pour in a glass.
