Cashew Bourbon Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
2 tbsp sesame oil
3 chicken breasts
2 cups of cashew pieces
2 cups of brown sugar
1/2 cup of bourbon
1/2 cup of cooking wine
1/2 cup of soy sauce
4 cloves garlic minced
3 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp fresh ground ginger
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Begin by cutting the chicken breast down the middle and then cube
add the sesame oil to a large skillet
heat until it starts to slightly smoke
add the chicken
add the cashews
add the white pepper and garlic
cook the chicken and garlic and cashews until the chicken is slightly browned
place the brown sugar,bourbon,cooking wine, and soy sauce into a medium sized mixing bowl
use a whisk to break the sugar down and to mix until you have a smooth sauce
add the ginger and sesame seeds and mix until blended
once the chicken is browned add the sauce to the skillet with the chicken and cook until liquid has reduced and thickened
serve over rice jasmine, or dirty, along with egg rolls

lol thanks hyde i was going for smokin so i guess it worked out, the first pic i took i had problems uploading for some weird reason but the next time i fix it i'll be sure to get the pic on here i promise :)
