2 cups cashew or peanut meats
Directions
In a food processor, grind nuts until butter is shiny with oil and spreadable.
Occasionally stop machine to break up ground nuts that pack down below blade.
Taste to determine that texture is smooth.
Store in refrigerator.
Keeps for 2 weeks or more.
