Casalinga Recipe
Ingredients
| Italian sausage | 1/2 pound, skinned | |
| Prosciutto | 1/4 pound, sliced | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| 2 28-ounce cans whole plum tomatoes | ||
| Scallion | 1 , chopped | |
| Pinch each of basil, oregano and red pepper | ||
| 1 small jar artichoke hearts in water | ||
| Frozen green peas | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Fettucini | 1 pound | |
| Grated Romano cheese to taste | ||
Directions
Brown Italian sausage, soupy, prosciutto and pepperoni with garlic in saucepan, stirring frequently.
Add tomatoes, scallion, basil, oregano and red pepper.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add artichokes and peas.
Simmer until heated through.
Serve over hot cooked fettucini; sprinkle with cheese.
