Ingredients

 Italian sausage1/2 pound, skinned
 Prosciutto1/4 pound, sliced
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), chopped
 2 28-ounce cans whole plum tomatoes
 Scallion1 , chopped
 Pinch each of basil, oregano and red pepper
 1 small jar artichoke hearts in water
 Frozen green peas1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Fettucini1 pound
 Grated Romano cheese to taste

Directions

Brown Italian sausage, soupy, prosciutto and pepperoni with garlic in saucepan, stirring frequently.
Add tomatoes, scallion, basil, oregano and red pepper.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add artichokes and peas.
Simmer until heated through.
Serve over hot cooked fettucini; sprinkle with cheese.
