Carrots With Onions Recipe
Ingredients
| Carrots | 1 pound, thinly sliced | |
| Onion | 1 Small, separated into rings | |
| Water | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Dried thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Margarine | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
In a 1 1/2 quart casserole combine carrots, onion, water, thyme, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
Cook on 100% power (high) for 6 to 8 minutes (10 to 12 minutes in low wattage ovens) or till carrots are crisp tender, stirring once.
Add margarine; toss to coat vegetables.
