Carrots With Grapes Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen carrots | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Seedless green grapes | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Granulated Sugar | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dried tarragon | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Sour cream | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
Cook carrots as directed on package; drain.
Stir in grapes, margarine, sugar, tarragon and salt.
Cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally; remove from heat.
Stir in sour cream and water.
