Carrots with Coriander Recipe
Ingredients
| Whole Carrots - 9 ounces OR Thinly Sliced Carrots - 8 ounces (ready-cut) (1 1/2 cups) | ||
| Ground coriander | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dry sherry | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a heavy bottomed pot cook the carrots with coriander, sherry and pepper for 4-6 minutes or until the carrots are done.
SERVING
2. Take it out on a serving plate sprinkle with lemon juice and serve hot.
