Carrots Steamed In Foil Recipe
Ingredients
12-16 thin carrots, peeled and trimmed
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon chopped parsley, dill, or mint
Salt and fresh pepper to taste
Directions
Lay carrots on a piece of aluminum foil and put butter on top.
Sprinkle over the parsley, dill, or mint.
Season with salt and pepper.
Fold foil into a tight package.
Put package on rack in oven preheated to 375° F.
Bake 15 minutes.
Open package and pierce a carrot with tip of knife.
The carrots should be tender-crisp.
