Carrots In Onion Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 Tbs. oil
2 cups diced carrots, cooked and drained
1/3 cup Pet Evaporated Milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Few grains pepper
Directions
Cook onion in hot oil over medium heat until limp.
Stir in carrots, evaporate milk, salt, and pepper.
Cook over low heat stirring gently until sauce coats the carrots and is slightly thickened.
