Carrot Spread Recipe
Ingredients
| Carrot | 1 , cut in to chunks | |
| Unsalted peanuts | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 celery stalk (about 6 inches in length), cut up | ||
| 1 hard-cooked egg, cut up | ||
| 3 tablespoons unsalted mayonnaise | ||
| Onions | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
Directions
Place carrot chunks in a blender.
Turn blender on and off until carrot pieces are shredded.
Add remaining ingredients and blend together.
Machine will have to be stopped frequently and a rubber spatula used to stir ingredients.
Blend until mixture is of a sour cream consistency.
Serve on bread or crackers.
