Directions
2. Now add chopped onion, green chilly, curry leaves and saute till the onions turn transparent.
3. Add the grated carrot, turmeric powder, salt and saute for 2min, cover and cook for 5-8mins.
4. Uncover and saute, add grated coconut and saute for a min.
