Directions

Cut carrots on diagonal into 1/2 inch/1 cm slices.
Bring pot of water to boil.
Add carrots and cook for about 4 minutes.
Drain, rinse with cold water and pat dry.
In large bowl, combine orange juice, lemon juice, honey paprika, cumin and cinnamon.
Add carrots and toss.
Sprinkle with mint, cilantro, sesame oil and sesame seeds.
Taste and season with salt and pepper.
