Directions
carrot cake
1.wash the carrots,grate it.
2.boil the milk.add carrot to it and cook it in the milk.
3.cook it till the mlk is reduced to 1/4 th and carrot is cooked.
4.add dry fruits to it , followed by sugar.
5.finally finish with the ghee and khoa.
6. cool in refrigerator .
pancake batter
1.add all ingredients together except the butter whisk well to form a smooth batter add the butter lastly
2.strain well
3.make a pancake batter and make a pancake of 6 inches diametre.
method-
1.fill in the carrot pudding in the pancake and roll like a roulade.
2.refrigerate for 30 min.
3. grill on the griller to make impression
4.cut slant by a sharp knife
5.temper the chocolate and pour ,spread thin over the honey comb sheet.remove after the chcocolate is set.
6. pierce the garnish to give a honey comb impression.
7. serve with blue berry compote and mint sprig.
