Carrot Ice Cream Pie Recipe

1 (16-ounce) jar sliced carrots, drained
 
1 (6-ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed and undiluted
 
1/4 cup sugar
 
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
 
1 (9-inch) commercial graham cracker crust

Directions

Combine carrots, lemonade concentrate, and sugar in container of an electric blender; process until smooth.
Fold carrot mixture into ice cream.
Spoon mixture into graham cracker crust, cover and freeze until pie is firm.
