Ingredients

 Unflavored gelatin package1
 Cold water1 Tablespoon
 Boiling water2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 pkg. lemon gelatin
 1 pkg. orange gelatin
 2 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
 Salt1/8 Teaspoon
 Carrots1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
 1 sm. can crushed pineapple, apricots or peaches

Directions

Dissolve unflavored gelatin in cold water; add boiling water, lemon and orange gelatins, vinegar and salt.
Cool.
Add carrots, celery and fruit; mix well.
Pour into an oiled ring mold; chill until firm.
