Carrot Gelatin Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Unflavored gelatin package | 1 | |
| Cold water | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Boiling water | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 pkg. lemon gelatin | ||
| 1 pkg. orange gelatin | ||
| 2 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice | ||
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Carrots | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| 1 sm. can crushed pineapple, apricots or peaches | ||
Directions
Dissolve unflavored gelatin in cold water; add boiling water, lemon and orange gelatins, vinegar and salt.
Cool.
Add carrots, celery and fruit; mix well.
Pour into an oiled ring mold; chill until firm.
