Carrot-Fruit Salad Recipe
Carrots and fruit salad is a healthy way to start or end a meal. You can even enjoy it as a snack or quick meal. This low fat and calorie salad is one, you will fall in love with.
Ingredients
| Orange or lemon gelatin-7 packages | ||
| Carrots | 2 | |
| Pineapple | 2 Can (10oz), crushed | |
Directions
MAKING
1)In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Let it cool.
2)Fold in carrots and pineapple and then pour it into an oiled mold.
3)Refrigerate for 2 hours and then unmold on large salad plate.
SERVING
4)Serve the carrot and fruit salad garnished with lettuce leaves.
