Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, mix together cabbage, carrots, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper.
2)In another bowl, sour cream, vinegar, sugar and cream cheese. Mix well.
3)Then, mix the tow mixtures and toss well. Chill.

SERVING
4)Serve the carrot coleslaw chilled as a side dish.
