Carrot Casserole Recipe
Get started on eating healthy. There sure is no better health food than vegetables. This carrot casserole is a great way to introduce more vegetables in your daily diet.
Ingredients
| Carrots | 3 Cup (48 tbs), diced | |
| Saltines | 12 , crumbled | |
| Onion | 2 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Cheese | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated |
Directions
Cook carrots in boiling water to cover; drain.
Re- serve 2/3 cup carrot liquid.
Mash carrots; add saltines, onion, butter and pepper stirring well.
Place in casserole; pour over carrot liquid.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in 375-degree oven until cheese melts.
