Directions
1) In a heated skillet put oil and garlic.
2) Add carrots and mix well.
3) Add chopped zucchini and combine well.
4) Add ½ a teaspoon of soy sauce, salt, and pepper and stir.
5) Add the rice and the other ½ teaspoon of soy sauce.
6) Stir to combine all the ingredients.
SERVING
8) Serve hot garnished with spring onions.
