Carrot Sticks With Tarragon Recipe
Ingredients
2 Cups (500 ml) carrots, cut into thin sticks
2 tsp (10 ml) granulated sugar
2 tbsp (30 ml) butter
2 tsp (10 ml) tarragon, chopped
Salt and pepper
Directions
– Follow same recipe as Vichy Carrots and replace parsley with tarragon.
