Ingredients

 Carrot1 Teaspoon, grated
 Skimmed milk1 Tablespoon, crumbled
 Green chilli1 Dash, finely chopped
 1 brown bread slice
 1/4 cup bean sprouts or alfalfa sprouts
 Salt To Taste

Directions

1. Apply the carrot on one side of the bread slice.
2. Mix the crumbled paneer with the green chilli and salt and apply on the carrot side.
3. Spread the sprouts on top.
