Carrot Soy Loaf Recipe
Ingredients

| Carrots | 2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Milk or water | 2 Cup (16 tbs), simmered | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 Small, beaten | |
| Wheat germ | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Thyme | 1 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Sweet basil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine all ingredients.
Pack into a buttered 9x5x3-inch loaf pan and bake in preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes, or until firm and nicely browned.
