Carrot Salad Recipe

Ingredients
2 lbs (900 g) carrots, thinly sliced in rounds
1 green bell pepper, finely sliced
8 oz (237 ml) canned cream of tomato soup
3/4 Cup (180 ml) white vinegar
1 Cup (250 ml) sugar
1/2 Cup (125 ml) vegetable oil
1 tsp (5 ml) Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp (5 ml) dry mustard
Salt and pepper
Directions
– Cook carrots "al dente" in a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water. Drain.
