Ingredients

 Carrots5 Large, shredded
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion
 Raisins3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 4 tablespoons each sour cream and mayonnaise
 1 tablespoon lemon juke
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash

Directions

In a salad bowl, mix together carrots, celery, onion, and raisins.
In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; blend well.
Add to vegetables and toss well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour or until next day.
